Payment terms are established at the time of engagement and outlined in your service agreement. General terms include:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services, granting timely access to relevant tools and platforms, making decisions and providing feedback within agreed timelines, and ensuring that any information shared does not infringe on the rights of third parties. Delays caused by the client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect project timelines and do not entitle the client to a refund.

Specific confidentiality terms may be further defined in a separate agreement.
While Lucid Consulting Operations is committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or operational improvements. Results depend on factors unique to each client's organization, team, industry, and execution. Our services are advisory and implementation in nature, and the client remains responsible for business decisions and outcomes.

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees for work completed up to the termination date. Lucid Consulting Operations reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately in the event of non-payment or material breach by the client.
